In fact, managers at Tinuiti enjoyed using Fringe so much that they’ve requested to allot part of their culture budget to giving more Fringe points to their people.
Not only does HR and management at Tinuiti enjoy using Fringe, so does their employees. 90% of Tinuiti employees have utilized their Fringe points to access benefits that fit their unique lifestyles. With benefit selections ranging from mental health and wellbeing, to caregiver support and concierge/convenience, Tinuiti has also seen an increase in employee engagement and overall happiness.
