Can we offer these services at no cost to employees?

Yes. You can subsidize access fully, partially, or not at all. Fringe is flexible. Personal coach tips and our virtual fitness network are free to all users thanks to Fringe’s partner network.

What if employees don’t want to share personal data?

That’s fine. We track what’s trackable (like steps/sleep) but let users opt out or stay private where they choose.

Do people actually use this?
