Alight needed an innovative rewards and recognition program that could operate seamlessly across regions and systems. The solution had to be user-friendly, provide clear metrics for managers, align with Alight's wellbeing pillars, and be cost-effective and easy to implement within the existing budget.
The Solution
Alight launched the Alight Marketplace powered by Fringe on January 1, 2024, offering more than 100 curated wellbeing products and services. The program allows employees to earn and spend recognition points for peer-to-peer and cross team recognition, which can be redeemed for services and products enhancing physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
