Fringe helps people experience more of what truly matters to them

My Fringe Moment
My three boys all play soccer and all need shoes, so it makes a lot of sense to use Nike. When my boys know it’s their month to get new shoes or new gear for sports, they get super excited. I get excited too — because I also get shoes and gear.
I wouldn’t have purchased the Air Jordans for my 6-year-old without Fringe. No way. And I wouldn’t have been so quick to purchase keeper gloves for my oldest — he wants to try out goalkeeping. With three boys all playing sports and growing, that’s 3x the purchases. Make those premium shoes and gear and it gets cost prohibitive real quick. I’m fortunate and grateful that our company offers Fringe points each month. It definitely helps keep my boys in nice shoes and gear, and I know they take pride in having quality things.
And it’s not just the boys — I volunteer coach, and the Nike cleats I wear on the field were also purchased with Fringe points.

My Fringe Moment
Kid-free trip to New York City — for relaxation and eating everything possible.
It allowed me to have a date night with my husband, which we haven’t had in ages! We have two kids, ages 3 and 7 months, so getting a few nights away to NYC was so memorable. We had two other couples join us and we did our own ‘food tour.’
We would’ve gone, but we would not have been able to stay at a beautiful hotel with amazing city views. Fringe allowed us to have a larger room on a high floor — which made all the difference.

We used Fringe for Uber during a trip to Chicago. It was a huge help to use our points on Uber credits so we didn’t have to worry about travel to go see my son and his fiancée.
My Fringe Moment
We used Fringe for Uber during a trip to Chicago — to help travel worry-free around the city. Our son lives in the suburbs and we stayed downtown, so it was a huge help to use our points to get Uber credits so we didn’t have to worry about travel to go see him. It also allowed us to not have to rent a car since we flew out from PA.
We could have done it, but it definitely would have limited us on the amount of times we could have met up with him and his fiancée. It allowed us to not have to worry about travel — and we saw him as many times as we wanted.

My Fringe Moment
I used my Fringe points to buy dinner for my son. He’s in the USAF Active Duty, stationed across the country.
I live far away and wanted to use my points to buy him a meal — just to show him I’m thinking of him.
Money is very tight right now, and this was a gift to me that I passed on to him.

My Fringe Moment
I wanted to treat my family to something delicious.
This experience meant the world to me because of the current state of the economy. Eating out for the family is now considered a luxury and my points help ease the high cost of dining. My Fringe points are a blessing and it makes me happy to know that I can do something nice from time to time without breaking the bank.
I definitely would NOT have done this without Fringe. Unfortunately I would not have been able to afford it. I save my points just for this reason. My family gets to enjoy more time together eating a family meal.

Using points to spoil myself with items I would usually not feel able to budget that easily, yet were still of direct and nearly daily use, felt important.
My Fringe Moment
With work travel coming up, I used Fringe for Quince gifts for myself — a quality leather wallet, passport cover, and jewelry case to feel ready to take on the challenge with style.

I would have compromised on quality to get exactly what I wanted. The point system with gifts from my company offered me quality and access, and I have felt great using them on work trips.

My Fringe Moment
I almost always use Fringe points for Uber. When I’m not at work, I live a busy, active lifestyle. That includes events and activities where I’d rather not drive. Sometimes the parking situation is bad. Other times I know I’ll be having a couple of drinks.
I’ve had a lot of great Uber experiences through Fringe. But teaching my 86-year-old grandma how to use the app before a basketball game has to take the crown for the most special. Too bad she doesn’t work at my company and get her own Fringe points!
I was down to my last bit of money from my paycheck, so without Fringe I definitely would have just driven her myself. She wouldn’t have gotten to learn how to use Uber, which she now uses regularly to get around.

My new interest in Pilates was sponsored by my Fringe points!
I felt confident in starting a new hobby. My Fringe points made my new interest more accessible as I redeemed points to pay for classes. I went to classes with my niece and we both fell in love with the sport!
Pilates can be expensive, especially when you’re just starting and going five times a week. I wouldn’t have been able to afford so many classes if it wasn’t for my Fringe points sponsoring more than half of them.

More moments made possible with Fringe

I wanted to go on a Royal Caribbean cruise, but on a teacher’s salary it’s hard to afford. Using my Fringe points is making it possible for me to enjoy some time off. It saves me money and lets me actually enjoy a vacation without feeling regret over the money spent.

My family loves the day of the month where we use Fringe points for a big DoorDash meal! We rotate who gets to pick each month and it’s always something we look forward to. It’s amazing seeing how happy and excited my kids get. My wife always makes the best meals, so thanks to Fringe she gets to hang up the apron and relax a bit more!

I redeemed my Fringe points on Delta to be able to visit my childhood best friends who live in different parts of the country. I genuinely may not have been able to see them both this summer. Fringe has come through for me on so many occasions for the past two years! I am so grateful. It’s honestly my favorite perk at work.
